Will we see you at WMG2017?

World Masters Games 2017 is just around the corner – and we can’t wait to welcome Netball players and teams from all over the world to the Auckland Netball Centre.

If you’re planning to register soon, don’t waste any time. Entries for individual and team sports close on Friday 3 March, 2017. Registered teams must also meet their minimum numbers by this date.

You can still join a team after this time, or sign-up as a non-playing official or supporter, but a $50 late entry fee will apply.

Netball will play host to teams in the following categories: competitive, mixed competitive, social and social competitive. There’s something for everyone!

WMG2017 is the world’s largest multi-sport event and is held every four year.

This year, the top five countries currently represented in the competitor line-up are New Zealand, Australia, Canada, the USA and Sweden, with the UK, Russia, Finland, Japan and South Africa next in line. All up, sports people from 85 countries are currently attending, participating in 28 sports and 45 disciplines.
